Amy M. Davis is the ITLA 2021 Trial Lawyer of the Year!

Heartfelt congratulations to our Amy M Davis, who has just been formally named the 2021 Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Board of Directors of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA).

Curious what that means?

An ITLA Trial Lawyer of the Year is a lawyer who:

  • Is a true defender of the people;
  • Works to protect the rights of injured victims and consumers;
  • Successfully handles a case of major public importance in state or federal court;
  • Assists ITLA in their efforts to protect the rights of consumers and injured victims at the state legislature and the U.S. Congress;
  • Publishes articles and gives presentations in support of the rights of injured victims and consumer rights;
  • Earns admiration and respect for trial lawyers as a result of noteworthy activities.

Amy M Davis is all that and more! She has deserved all the accolades through her hard work, dedication, and drive to make a difference, one client at a time.

IndyBar Bar Leader Series

Our very own Amy Davis has been selected for this year’s Bar Leader Series organized by the Indianapolis Bar Association.

Congratulations, Amy!

The Bar Leader Series is an intensive year-long leadership development program designed specifically for Indianapolis Bar Association member attorneys. Under the tutelage of Robert H. McKinney School of Law faculty member and former Indiana Supreme Court Justice Frank Sullivan, the 18 participants will have a unique opportunity to interact with prominent legal and community leaders, develop leadership skills, explore long-term opportunities for leadership and form a lifelong network. The ultimate goal of the series is to prepare talented and diverse early-career lawyers to take their places as both leaders in the legal profession and leaders in addressing needs of the community.

We know Amy will take this wonderful opportunity and immerse herself in all it has to offer, emerging even more driven and motivated to pursue justice for those who need it most.

You can learn more about the Class XVIII Bar Leader Series and see the list of all participants at this IndyBar page.
